Shipping

We ship orders from our European distribution centre in Slovakia. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Germany

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel.

Finland

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel.

Delivery times are estimates and exclude weekends and public holidays. Bibbido is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer rights law.

How to return

1. Email us at bibbido@beanflow.fi with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address we provide.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bibbido@beanflow.fi and include photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
