Orders & Shipping

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped.

How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• Germany: 2–3 business days
• Finland: 4–5 business days
Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this to follow your parcel at any time.

How much does shipping cost?
• Germany: €7.95
• Finland: €14.95

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order, in line with EU consumer rights law. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please email us at bibbido@beanflow.fi to start a return.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bibbido@beanflow.fi with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will sort this out for you at no cost.

Products & Payment

Are prices shown including VAT?
Yes. All prices on our site are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.

An item I want is out of stock — will it come back?
Our product range is updated regularly. If an item is out of stock, it may return in the future. You are welcome to contact us and we will let you know if we expect it back.
